I’m in the market for a new lens. That’s right. It’s time to upgrade. But there are so many choices! How am I ever going to choose? Do I go with one that helps me get up-close and personal, or do I choose one that lets in more light? Help! I’m always so inspired by my fellow photographers…so let me ask you…
I would love for you to share your answers with me in the comments section below…and you’ll really make my day if you leave me a link to a photo or two that you’ve shot with your favorite lens. What can I say, I’m a visual person…I love pictures! Here are a few lenses that I’m looking into…

I recently switched to DSLR and have the kit lens. But I have about 5 old FD Canon lens one which is a 50mm 1:4. That is the one I can’t wait to get an adapter for. Have fun when you get your new lens!

I love, love, love my 50mm/1.4, it is on my camera 90% of the time. I use it for food, portraits, dogs, flowers, etc. Here is a recent post using it on a flower bouquet: http://candcmarriagefactory.blogspot.com/2010/08/project-365-week-29.html and here are some doggie portraits: http://candcmarriagefactory.blogspot.com/2010/05/project-365-week-18.html
Next I am yearning for a macro lens!

Hi Christina, I’m so glad you visited my blog! Thank you so much for sharing a few links with me. I shared this question on my facebook page as well, and it seems as though the 50mm 1.4 is what’s hot!
